Sr. Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle for the global Microsoft 365 migration program.
• Drive vendor selection and partnership activities through the RFP process.
• Develop and maintain the overall migration roadmap, timeline, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Cook up internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful planning and execution.
• Partner with migration vendors and technical teams to define and execute migration strategies.
• Infrastructure & Endpoint Coordination:
• Collaborate with teams managing infrastructure separation.
• Support endpoint migration efforts leveraging Quest migration technologies.
• Cook up deployment of local endpoint management infrastructure.
• Oversee onboarding of mobile devices into Intune.
• Ensure readiness for dual-credential identity strategy in partnership with identity teams.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of project or program management experience leading enterprise technology transformations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale Microsoft ecosystem migrations.
• Experience leading RFP processes, vendor evaluations, and partner engagements.
• Strong background in enterprise infrastructure initiatives and infrastructure separation projects.
• Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional programs involving multiple technical teams.
• Experience creating and managing executive-level project plans, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
