The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for managing experienced professionals and implementing short-term strategies and policies. The role includes overseeing technical projects, ensuring quality standards, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders. This position is for People Managers of 4+ experienced to senior expert-level employees, specifically aligned with roles that have responsibility for Large or Extra Large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical project teams.
• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure quality standards and project deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree (or equivalent work experience).
• 9+ years of relevant work experience, with the ability to manage and coordinate one or more expert-level teams.
