Sr Project Manager
Location: Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois (On-Site)

We are seeking a technically strong project leader to drive complex initiatives from planning through completion, ensuring clear scope, disciplined execution, and high-quality delivery. Our team is looking for someone who can coordinate stakeholders, manage risk, and keep projects moving forward with confidence and precision.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Lead project teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support.
- Monitor budgets, manage expenses, and address risks and issues with effective mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management while maintaining project documentation, reports, and schedules.
Requirements
- Technical degree required.
- PMP certification required for all project management roles.
- Utility (Substation or Transmission) or construction project experience needed.
- Hands-on experience using MS Project.
- No IT background.
