Sr. Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for new product development.
• Merges medical device/FDA regulated industry experience.
• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between program leadership, project team, and functional management.
• Manages the development and implementation process of a company’s products involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new products and processes.
• Reviews status of projects, manages schedules, and prepares status reports.
• Makes sure the project is from initiation through delivery.
• Assesses project issues and creates solutions to meet productivity, quality, timeline, and business goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with core team members, functional managers, and program leaders.
• Communicates with stakeholders, gets stakeholder engagement to ensure the products are delivered on time and on budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
