Sr. Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead complex warehouse automation projects valued up to $50M+ from kickoff to acceptance
• Act as the primary customer-facing project leader and escalation point during execution
• Direct all aspects of project delivery, including engineering and installation phases
• Drive performance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety metrics
• Establish and lead project governance frameworks and executive meetings
• Develop comprehensive project schedules and manage critical path activities
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving complex issues promptly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of project management experience in warehouse automation or industrial construction projects
• Experience leading projects valued between $25M and $50M+
• Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills
• Prioritization and resolution of complex issues
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities in high-pressure environments

Pay

$115,900 – $173,800 annually
