SR Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through preconstruction, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, cash flow, and profitability.
• Oversee contracts, subcontracts, procurement, billing, collections, and change orders.
• Cook up labor planning, material and equipment procurement, and subcontractor activities.
• Manage Request for Information (RFIs), submittals, permits, project documentation, claims, and contractual requirements.
• Serve as the primary contact for owners, general contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field leadership.
• Identify project risks and implement solutions to protect schedule, budget, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 8 years of construction project management experience with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience managing mechanical, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, data center, or commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, budgeting, forecasting, contracts, procurement, scheduling, and change management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple project teams and manage concurrent priorities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

• Mechanical or industrial construction experience.
• Leadership of Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Experience managing high-value, technically complex, or fast-paced construction projects.

Safety and Quality Leadership

• Actively support IMCOR’s safety culture, reinforce project-specific safety requirements, and promote accountability at every level.
• Work closely with field leadership to maintain quality standards, resolve project challenges, and continuously improve project performance.
