We are currently working with a leading construction firm in NY who are in the market to attract and bring in to the team an experienced Sr PM. As a Sr PM you will be tasked with being responsible for leading and managing on build and construction projects across the city. Project focus is that of those in the commercial sector including high-end office space, hotels & hospitality, through to the occasional retail projects and mixed use. You will provide services & knowledge from early stages of project commencment through to handover. We are keen to speak with those who hold a relevant construction biased education.Have demonstratable experience and successful precon experience gained in the commercial build and construction marketHave acted as a lead on various projects.Man management experienceStrong communication skills.
