Sr Project Manager

About the role

We are currently working with a leading construction firm in New York City seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team. The role involves leading and managing building and construction projects across the city, with a focus on commercial sector projects such as high‑end office space, hotels & hospitality, retail, and mixed‑use developments. You will provide expertise and support from the early stages of project commencement through to handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage building and construction projects across New York City.
• Oversee commercial sector projects including high‑end office space, hotels & hospitality, retail, and mixed‑use developments.
• Provide services and knowledge from project inception through to handover.

Requirements

• Relevant construction‑biased education.
• Demonstrable experience and successful pre‑construction experience in the commercial build and construction market.
• Proven track record acting as a lead on various projects.
• People‑management experience.
• Strong communication skills.

Pay

c$175,000 – c$225,000 per annum.
