About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the overall management of a ground-up high-rise construction project in Edgewater, Miami. This is a key leadership role for a Project Manager with a proven track record managing complex high-rise projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing budgets, schedules, contracts, design coordination, and client relationships while working closely with the field team to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the project from preconstruction through final completion and closeout.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and overall financial performance.
  • Coordinate with ownership, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Review plans, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation.
  • Develop and maintain the project schedule in coordination with the Superintendent.
  • Monitor project costs, commitments, forecasts, and cash flow.
  • Lead OAC, subcontractor, and project coordination meetings.
  • Work closely with the Superintendent to coordinate field operations and project priorities.
  • Identify and resolve potential design, schedule, cost, and procurement issues.
  • Manage subcontractor performance and ensure contractual requirements are met.
  • Maintain strong communication with ownership and project stakeholders.
  • Oversee project closeout, commissioning, punch list, and turnover.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of construction Project Management experience, with significant high-rise experience.
  • Proven track record managing ground-up high-rise construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of contracts, budgets, scheduling, procurement, and project controls.
  • Experience managing complex projects through the full construction lifecycle.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining project accountability.
  • Experience with Procore and scheduling software preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Compensation

Up to $165,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
