About the role
The Sr Project Manager will lead complex projects within the Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM/AEP, Commerce) platform, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams in the planning, execution, and closure of projects
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and deliverables
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
- Escalate issues and risks to senior management as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or digital environment
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM/AEP, Commerce) is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of project risk management and mitigation strategies
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM/AEP is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus
