Sr Project Manager, Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM/AEP, Commerce)

About the role

The Sr Project Manager will lead complex projects within the Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM/AEP, Commerce) platform, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in the planning, execution, and closure of projects
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and deliverables
• Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
• Escalate issues and risks to senior management as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or digital environment
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM/AEP, Commerce) is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of project risk management and mitigation strategies

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM/AEP is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus
