Sr Project Management Manager
About the role
As a customer equipment, installations, or related infrastructure projects role, you will be responsible for project execution, results accountability, and customer satisfaction through the management of project-related activities and resources. This position impacts approaches, projects, and programs within the functional area or organization and influences work methods. It contributes significantly to setting priorities and relies on professional practices and policies shaped by the role. The position has moderate autonomy, requiring a high level of operational judgment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee non-turnkey projects or projects focused solely on products/equipment.
- Supervise and directly or indirectly manage project resources for small to medium-sized projects (relative to GE), which may include equipment-only, product suites, or non-turnkey projects.
- Develop specialized knowledge in your discipline and provide guidance on best practices and quality standards.
- Stay updated on the latest technical developments in your field and contribute to the development of strategies and policies within your area of responsibility.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of best practices and how your domain integrates with others, along with practical awareness of market competition and differentiating factors.
- Exercise judgment in making decisions or solving moderately complex operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering tasks.
- Offer a fresh perspective on existing solutions, using technical expertise and data analysis to support recommendations.
- Leverage limited internal and external resources outside your function to aid decision-making.
- Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues and may lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.
- Communicate difficult or sensitive information and work toward building consensus.
- Develop persuasive skills to influence others on topics within your domain.
Requirements
- For roles outside the U.S.: Advanced experience in the function and digital audio workstations. Equivalent knowledge to a master’s degree from an accredited university (or a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience).
- For roles in the U.S.: Master’s degree from an accredited university (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in the function).

Pay
For candidates applying to a U.S.-based position, the pay range is between $114,100.00 and $190,200.00. The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by factors such as the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility includes a discretionary annual bonus.
