  • Own and maintain program-level trackers for operational performance, cost glidepaths, and recovery timelines across pilot and expansion sites
  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across fulfillment, delivery, science, and tech teams to ensure launch sequencing aligns with capability deployment timelines
  • Manage the operational readiness process for new site launches including labor planning, capacity assessments, and process validation
  • Develop and maintain mechanisms (WBRs, launch retrospectives, escalation paths) to surface risks early and drive resolution across teams
  • Support leadership reviews by preparing data-driven narratives on pilot performance, cost economics, and expansion readiness
  • Track and report on customer experience metrics including adoption rates, delivery speed, and customer satisfaction signals across new offerings

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
