Key job responsibilities

  • Drive strategic oversight of premium brand sponsorship programs, ensuring successful delivery while identifying growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for each sponsor to drive partnership growth and retention.
  • Proactively monitor industry trends and sponsor needs to recommend innovative solutions for program enhancement.
  • Own and develop executive-level relationships with key clients, focusing on building trust and driving long-term partnership value.
  • Serve as the primary daily point of contact for sponsors, providing proactive updates, managing expectations, and resolving escalations with urgency.
  • Create and deliver client-facing materials (recaps, proposals, campaign reports) that tell a clear performance story.
  • Manage day-to-day program execution including timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent sponsorship programs.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks early, developing contingency plans to protect client satisfaction and revenue.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional sponsorship programs that exceed client expectations.
  • Brief and align internal creative, sales, and product teams on sponsor objectives and deliverables.
  • Partner with Account Executive and Account Management teams on account strategy and expansion opportunities.
  • Define and track program KPIs with sponsors to demonstrate clear ROI and build compelling cases for renewal.
  • Manage sponsorship revenue tracking, invoicing coordination, and contract compliance.
  • Oversee SOW development and ensure deliverables align with contractual commitments.

Client Relationship & Account Management

Measurement & Financial Accountability

  • Define and track program KPIs with sponsors to demonstrate clear ROI and build compelling cases for renewal.
  • Manage sponsorship revenue tracking, invoicing coordination, and contract compliance.
  • Oversee SOW development and ensure deliverables align with contractual commitments.

A day in the life

  • In this dynamic role, you might lead internal team syncs to align on program updates and sponsor communications.
  • Drive weekly sponsor calls to review deliverables, provide guidance, and strengthen relationships.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to solve program challenges and identify creative solutions.
  • Plan and execute strategic sponsorship activations with internal teams.
  • Optimize measurement frameworks to demonstrate program ROI and success.
  • Prepare insights and recommendations for quarterly business reviews.
  • Partner with Account Team to develop strategic expansion opportunities.

Twitch is one of our most unique publishers. Our team is the single-threaded leader on all Twitch ad products, countries, and customer segments. We are responsible for overall Twitch Ads business strategy to fuel long-term growth and innovation – working closely with all sales and product teams across Amazon Ads and building on the foundation already established by integrating Twitch into the broader Amazon Ads organization.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years of relationship management and negotiation experience.
  • Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
  • Experience taking ownership and driving resolution on escalated customer issues.
  • Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders.
  • Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working across teams and influencing teams that are not your own.
