Key job responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop business requirements documents (BRD), comprehensive project plans, including timelines, and resource efficiency measurements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, including Technical Engineering, Operations, Commercials, Customer, and Finance leadership. Regularly communicate project status, milestones, and risks, and address any concerns or feedback in a timely manner.
- Cordination of global monthly business reviews with associated metrics and narrative including document writing and presentations to influence necessary business actions benefiting program adoption and further global expansion.
- Partnership with reporting teams to develop new reporting & metrics to monitor efficiencies and SLA commitments.
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of program, project or product management, or leading product implementation experience
- 6+ years of related industry experience
- 6+ years of data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments
- Experience with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience in global supply chain management, managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consumer electronics product company
- Experience in program, project or product management, or leading product implementation
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in procurement practices working with engineering, supply chain and Tier 1 OEM partners
- Experience practicing best-in-class procurement processes (category management, benchmarking, should-cost models, RFX, reverse auction, contracting, or equivalent)
- 6+ years of program or project management experience, or a PMP certificate and 6+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
