Sr Program Manager (OCI Rack Ingestion)

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance and scale rack ingestion processes and capabilities.

Design and implement innovative solutions to complex and unique operational and technical challenges.

Champion automation and operational excellence, establishing scalable processes and methodologies that improve efficiency and reliability.

Define, establish, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness, operational efficiency, and business impact across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Partner with engineering, operations, and program stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and scalable improvements.

Use data and operational insights to identify gaps, prioritize improvements, and influence program strategy.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, is intensely customer-focused, and has a passion for operational excellence.

You'll need to be adept at breaking down intricate problems, synthesizing data-driven insights, and crafting clear, measurable implementation plans.

Additionally, the ability to effectively communicate your vision and recommendations to senior leadership is essential.

Hiring Range in USD: from $67,900 - $166,100 per year.

May be eligible for bonus and equity.
