Job Summary
The Senior Program Manager serves as the operational lead for UT Southwestern Joint Accreditation initiatives with a Nursing-Medical focus. This role integrates Nursing Continuing Professional Development (NCPD) and the Office of Continuing Education (CME) under a unified Joint Accreditation framework. The position ensures regulatory compliance, documentation integrity, and measurable educational impact aligned with institutional quality and patient care priorities.

Required EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- 7 years experience in nursing professional development or accredited continuing education
- Demonstrated knowledge of Joint Accreditation, ACCME, and ANCC standards
- Experience within an academic medical center or hospital-based leadership environment
- Strong project management and documentation oversight skills
Job Duties
- Joint Accreditation Integration
- Design and operationalize a standardized interprofessional planning model
- Formalize nursing participation in interprofessional planning committees
- Ensure nursing practice gaps are incorporated into multi-profession education design
- Align documentation processes across Nursing and CME
- Accreditation Compliance & Infrastructure
- Oversee ANCC compliance within the Joint Accreditation framework
- Integrate nursing-specific outcomes and documentation into ACCME workflows
- Standardize activity templates to meet JA, ANCC, and ACCME requirements
- Support Joint Accreditation reaccreditation readiness and documentation review
- Program Delivery & Systems Coordination
- Care for logistics for Nursing Medical interprofessional programs
- Ensure accurate nursing credit designation and reporting
- Support LMS configuration, evaluation tools, and documentation workflows
- Harmonize reporting structures across CME, MOC, and IPCE activities
- Outcomes & Quality Improvement
- Implement evaluation strategies measuring team performance and nursing practice impact
- Align outcomes measurement with institutional quality and safety initiatives
- Prepare reports for Nursing and CME leadership
- Identify documentation and compliance improvement opportunities
