Sr Joint Training Program Manager

About the role

Constellation West is bidding on recompeting Joint Exercise, Training, Assessment and Related Support for USSTRATCOM/J7. Qualified incumbents will have the Right of First Refusal (ROFR) for applicable positions, contingent upon continued eligibility, performance, and government approval.

Responsibilities

• Manage advanced pedagogical program aspects of the Joint Exercise, Training, Assessment and Related Support mission.
• Lead senior joint training initiatives.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Onsite at Offutt AFB, NE.
• 6+ years of advanced pedagogical program management experience.
• PREFERRED: Senior joint training leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and their application in training environments.
• Experience managing complex IT and non-IT projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
