Sr. Program Manager, Internal Audit

What You'll Do

• Adopts a risk-based approach to independently identify, evaluate, summarize, and communicate critical risks in high-growth products and business segments.
• Assesses control design and supports the implementation of key financial reporting processes for future products and emerging technologies (Robotaxi, Optimus, and Terafab).
• Evaluates the impact on financial reporting controls and drives standardization across regions in control design and operational execution.
• Leads financial audits and initiatives to identify and recommend control enhancements by leveraging data analysis techniques.
• Provides management with outlined solutions to drive risk reduction, process improvement, and enhanced control design for effective risk mitigation.
• Pairs with business units and utilizes knowledge of financial processes, financial reporting risks, and internal controls to design and enable change.
• Prepares and provides written and oral reports, communications, and/or presentations to management.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent experience with 12+ years of experience in Financial Controls, Assurance, and Operational Audit (process and performance improvement, business transformation), Finance, or a blend of related experience in relevant industries.
• Experience with AI tools/agents and implementation of controls as per COSO framework (business and IT).
• Big 4 consulting experience within advisory or assurance practice. Certifications such as CPA, CA, CIA, CPIM, or other relevant certifications.
• Ability to navigate through ambiguity, manage and coordinate multiple project assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, accepting ownership and accountability of the process and delivering on commitments.
• Leadership skills including the ability to take charge, coach, interact with all levels of the organization, set objectives, and drive results.
• An intensely curious, solution-oriented individual who wants to know what, where, when, how, and (most importantly) why processes work the way they do.
