Sr. Program Manager, Information Security
Job Description
The Project Manager for Information Security Projects will manage a variety of projects in size and scope. They will take large company-wide, highly visible programs from vision to completion. The role requires adaptability to our Project planning and delivery process, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement of processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate regular Project team meetings, team coordination, action item tracking, record minutes, follow through, and communicate
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting project deliverables
- Plan, coordinate and manage large projects of Information Security Initiatives while anticipating, minimizing and mitigating risks
- Build out integrated dashboards based on data sets from different sources like Smartsheet, Anaplan, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project
- Able to produce crisp, integrated reports and dashboards for executive staff using internal tools to provide meaningful insights
- Manage & influence large cross-functional team(s) globally
- Help with the deployment of IT Project Management Tools ecosystem, while driving PM maturity & discipline
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
- Top Skills: 8– 10 years of IT Project Management/PMO experience in a waterfall/Agile environment
- Experience driving Project Planning sessions; Have used various frameworks to prioritize work based on ROI/Business Value
- Clearly articulate the Business Value for the work/projects committed to the leadership team
- Possess solid communication skills, and will be comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced technical environment with experience using Agile/Scrum process and best practices to ensure the successful planning and delivery of projects in IT
- Proven experience in managing projects and releases in a large-scale global environment
- Solid analytical mindset. Ability to define and build dashboards for executive consumption, while bringing in data from different systems
- Self-starter with strong decision-making abilities to drive projects to completion
- Proven track record of achieving results through collaboration and teamwork
- Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, clearly expressing ideas and concepts both verbally and in writing to effectively handle sensitive issues
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to handle multiple job duties in a fast-paced environment
- Active PMP certification is a must
- CISSP Certificate is preferred

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target compensation ranges are listed. Base Salary Range Region 1:$165,400 - $238,000 Base Salary Range Region 2: $140,600 - $202,300 Shift: Day Workplace Type: Onsite - This job is fully onsite.
