Sr. Program Manager-Clinical Coordinator, Capella and Strayer University

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and company partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track in a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership on clinical coverage strategies
• Develop and negotiate clinical partnership agreements
• Maintain communication with clinical sites, faculty, and students
• Oversee scheduling for nursing licensure programs
• Monitor site readiness and student satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with nursing board requirements
• Analyze data to enhance practicum experiences

Requirements

• 5+ years in clinical education or related healthcare operations
• Master’s degree in Nursing or Health Administration required; Doctorate preferred
• Familiarity with CCNE, ACEN, CSWE accreditation standards
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Experience with project management and practicum tracking systems
• RN licensure with multi-state eligibility required

Pay

$95,100 – $142,600 annually
