This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and company partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track in a mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership on clinical coverage strategies
- Develop and negotiate clinical partnership agreements
- Maintain communication with clinical sites, faculty, and students
- Oversee scheduling for nursing licensure programs
- Monitor site readiness and student satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with nursing board requirements
- Analyze data to enhance practicum experiences
Requirements
- 5+ years in clinical education or related healthcare operations
- Master’s degree in Nursing or Health Administration required; Doctorate preferred
- Familiarity with CCNE, ACEN, CSWE accreditation standards
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Experience with project management and practicum tracking systems
- RN licensure with multi-state eligibility required

Pay
$95,100 – $142,600 annually
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
