We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "About Us" but we should not repeat job title. Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections that have real specific content. We have content: About Us (mission) maybe "About the role"? The posting includes "About Us" describing company. Could map to "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can create sections accordingly. We need to parse content: - About Us: description of Viasat mission. Could be placed under "About the role" maybe? But "About the role" is more about the role itself. However we have "What You'll Do" which is responsibilities. "What You'll Need" is requirements/qualifications. Also "Preferred Qualifications". Also "Salary range". Also "Travel: Up to 10% travel required." That's schedule? Not exactly schedule but maybe schedule info. Also "Employees will work from our Carlsbad office at least 3 days (60%) per week within a standard five-day workweek, with the remaining days worked remotely." That's schedule info (hybrid). So we can create a Schedule section. Benefits: mention "Additional cash or stock incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Learn more about Viasat’s comprehensive benefit offerings..." So we have benefits info. Pay: Salary range given. Thus sections: About the role (maybe include About Us?), Responsibilities (What You'll Do), Requirements (What You'll Need), Qualifications (maybe Preferred Qualifications?), Skills (maybe technical skills?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statement, accommodation request, navigation, cookie, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We must preserve all substantive info. Let's extract substantive content: About Us paragraph: "One team. Global challenges. Infinite opportunities. At Viasat, we’re on a mission to deliver connections with the capacity to change the world. For more than 35 years, Viasat has helped shape how consumers, businesses, governments and militaries around the globe communicate. We’re looking for people who think big, act fearlessly, and create an inclusive environment that drives positive impact to join our team." That's about company; could go under About the role? Might be better as "About the role" but it's about company. However we can still put it there; it's substantive. What You'll Do: list of responsibilities: - This is a hybrid, site-based role that offers the perfect blend of office collaboration and remote flexibility. Employees will work from our Carlsbad office at least 3 days (60%) per week within a standard five-day workweek, with the remaining days worked remotely. Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). - Scheduling: Proven experience creating and managing production schedules. Salary range: "$119,000.00 - $188,500.00 / annually. For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $148,500.00- $222,500.00/ annually" Also note: "At Viasat, we consider many factors when it comes to compensation, including the scope of the position as well as your background and experience. Base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional cash or stock incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Learn more about Viasat’s comprehensive benefit offerings that are focused on your holistic health and wellness at https://careers.viasat.com/benefits." Thus Benefits: mention medical, financial, other benefits, cash/stock incentives, link. Schedule: hybrid: Employees will work from our Carlsbad office at least 3 days (60%) per week within a standard five-day workweek, with the remaining days worked remotely. Also maybe mention standard five-day workweek. Now we need to output HTML fragment with

headings and
  • for lists,

for prose. We need to decide which sections to include. We have content for: - About the role (maybe About Us). We'll put the About Us paragraph under

    About the role

    as prose. - Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    with
    • each bullet. - Requirements:

      Requirements

      with
      • for the mandatory qualifications (Experience, Education, EVM, etc.) maybe also include Citizenship & Clearance and Travel? Travel could be schedule but we can keep under Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe Preferred Qualifications under

        Qualifications

(or Preferred Qualifications). But instruction list includes Qualifications as a heading. We'll put Preferred Qualifications there. - Skills: maybe we can separate technical skills under Skills heading. But we already have technical skills under Requirements. Could combine. However we have a separate Skills heading in the list. We could put technical skills (MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint) under Skills. But we also have soft skills. Might be better to put under Skills both technical and soft. However we already have Requirements includes technical skills. To avoid duplication, we could move technical skills to Skills section, and keep Requirements for experience, education, EVM, etc. Let's think. We need to preserve all substantive info; we can reorganize but must not lose info. It's okay to group differently as long as we keep all info. Thus we can have: - About the role (About Us) - Responsibilities (What You'll Do) - Requirements (Experience, Education, EVM mastery, experience supporting full EVM programs, generating IPMR/IPMDAR, developing WADs/CAPs/VARs, Citizenship & Clearance, Travel) - Skills (Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel, MS Project scheduling, Strong MS PowerPoint; Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork, organizational skills, strong attention to detail; Program & Financial Management: Track record managing programs with multiple funding sources, Proven leadership in problem-solving, performance analysis, applying program management principles) - Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree, Hands-on experience with forProject and Oracle ERP systems, In-depth knowledge of DoD contracts, Strong understanding of FAR and CAS, Proven experience creating and managing production schedules) - Benefits (Additional cash or stock incentives, range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, link to benefits) - Pay (Salary range details) - Schedule (Hybrid work expectation) We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have real content. Now we need to format. We'll produce:
