Sr. Program Control Analyst

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter within the Aerospace & Defense environment.

Responsibilities

• Review contract terms and ensure compliance during project implementation
• Manage quality, cost control, and business relations across awarded task orders
• Establish and maintain cost/schedule baselines and enforce change control processes
• Prepare forecasts for manpower and non-labor resources, assisting in planning efforts
• Track and report on performance and variances across various contract types

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of project control experience; OR Master's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Cobra, and Unanet
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current Secret security clearance
• Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Pay

$116,500 – $177,500 annually
