About the Role
Provides supervision, guidance, instruction, and/or skill building to assigned persons served within a specific Program site regarding daily living activities, safety, vocational activities, and interaction with others. Provides supervision to direct care staff and is in charge of Program site activities in absence of Program Manager.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, guide, instruct, and build skills for individuals served in daily living activities, safety, vocational activities, and social interactions.
- Oversee direct care staff and manage Program site activities in the absence of the Program Manager.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education in a related field desirable.
- BA in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years of related work experience, or a minimum of 6 months experience as a Program Associate in the Bancroft organization required.
Pay
$22.36–$22.81 per hour.
Schedule
Wednesday–Saturday, hours vary per day.
