Sr. Production Support Engineering Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Lead PrivateLink-related initiatives that support document management and record remediation efforts.
- Oversee migration efforts from SharePoint to PrivateLink and support future PrivateLink projects.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements, define delivery plans, and ensure project milestones are met.
- Provide transparent updates on project status, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
- Support and lead initiatives involving OpenText, including Content Server and broader Enterprise Content Management platforms.
- Lead record management and remediation efforts related to document migration, retention, compliance, and accessibility.
- Support production operations for document management applications, including participation in incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Communicate technical issues, project status, and business impact to various audiences.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams during migration and remediation.
Required Qualifications
- 6-8+ years of experience in Production Support Engineering, Application Support, Technology Delivery, or related technical roles.
- Experience with PrivateLink initiatives or related technology projects.
- Hands-on experience with OpenText, especially Content Server and Enterprise Content Management platforms.
- Experience supporting document management, records management, or enterprise content management applications.
- Experience leading platform migration efforts, such as SharePoint to PrivateLink.
- Experience in banking or financial services supporting business-critical applications.
- A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field or relevant certifications is required.
- Understanding of production support processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
- Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical execution plans.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Hyland OnBase, Jack Henry, or other document management or ERP-related platforms.
- Experience with records remediation, retention, compliance, or regulated document workflows.
- Experience supporting applications in a regulated environment.
- Experience working with risk, compliance, audit, or governance teams.
- ITIL or related service management experience.
- Prior experience as a technical lead overseeing cross-functional project delivery.
