Sr. Product Sales Manager (Starlink Fixed Site)
Responsibilities
- Leverage experience in fixed sites, retail, residential complexes, and commercial buildings to identify and develop improvements to pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies to support revenue growth, and be able to defend them internally.
- Identify and develop improvements to pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies to support revenue growth and be able to defend them internally.
- Support the integration of new hardware and service products into Starlink’s growing portfolio – this includes pricing, operations, sales enablement, and product portfolio management.
- Support the sales engagements of the broader team, engage with customers, and answer questions around commercial models and product capabilities.
- Develop and maintain technical and commercial sales enablement collateral to support Starlink’s sales teams, resellers, and direct customers.
- Work in partnership with our Licensing, Government Affairs, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product Engineering teams.
- Consult with Sales Operations to improve Go-to-market processes for new product offerings.
- Oversee technical training and development for team members.
- Represent Starlink at global conferences and events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or Business discipline or 5+ years of professional working experience in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years of professional experience in technical sales or product management.
- 5+ years of professional experience with enterprise network infrastructure.
Preferred Skills And Experience
- 5+ years of previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Previous experience in sales, account management, business development, engineering, and/or other technical roles supporting enterprise networking products.
- Strong analytical skills in business and technical issues.
- Comfortable with high degree of ambiguity and figuring out solutions with minimal guidance.
- Knowledge of Starlink’s network infrastructure to communicate to customers.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude for the products you’ve supported.
Requirements
- Must work onsite from SpaceX office in Bastrop, TX, Hawthorne, CA, Redmond, WA, or Palo Alto, CA.
- Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to customer locations and other SpaceX locations.
