Sr. Product Owner
About the role
Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. We are the CCO Product Strategy team — a newly formed and fast‑growing group within Salesforce's Chief Customer Officer (CCO) organization, sitting within the Office of the CEO. We operate at the intersection of product strategy, customer insight, pricing and packaging, field readiness, executive narrative, and go‑to‑market execution, working directly with senior leaders across Product, Field, Pricing, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to frame the company's most important strategic questions and drive them to decision. We are adding a Sr. Product Manager to focus on Feedback Loops, our internal product that connects internal and external customer feedback across Salesforce clouds so feedback demonstrably closes the loop with field teams and customers. You will synthesize feedback using agentic tools, translate it into clear input for product teams, and influence prioritization. You will work with product, engineering, and field teams to ensure feedback drives real decisions. This is a technical product ownership role with hands‑on coding: approximately 75% of time spent reading and analyzing code and engaging with product managers, and 25% hands‑on coding primarily in Python and SQL.
