We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Job Overview:" and "Responsibilities:" and "What Are We Looking For?" (maybe that's about qualifications). Also "Requirements:" and "Core Competencies:" and "Preferences:" and "Pay Range:" and "Company Overview:" etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Please log in or create an account to apply..." etc. Also remove "Principals only. EOE." etc. Also remove "Information on Interviews:" etc. We need to keep content: Job Overview description, Responsibilities list, What Are We Looking For? (maybe that's about qualifications/skills), Requirements list, Core Competencies list, Preferences list, Pay Range, Company Overview (maybe as About the role? Actually Company Overview is separate but could be part of About the role? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can map: - About the role: could combine Job Overview and Company Overview? But we need to avoid duplication. Probably "About the role" corresponds to Job Overview description. Company Overview could be considered part of About the role or maybe we could add a separate section? Not in allowed headings. Could include under About the role. - Responsibilities: list. - Requirements: list (Bachelor's degree etc). Also maybe "Core Competencies" could be under Skills? Or Qualifications? The instruction includes Qualifications and Skills headings. We could put Requirements under Requirements heading, Core Competencies under Skills, Preferences under Qualifications? Or we could combine. We need to decide mapping: Headings allowed: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content: Job Overview (About the role), Responsibilities, What Are We Looking For? (maybe Qualifications), Requirements (education/experience), Core Competencies (skills), Preferences (maybe additional qualifications/experience), Pay Range (Pay), Benefits (mentioned in LPL Total Rewards package), Schedule (not mentioned). So we should not create Schedule section because no info. We need to include Benefits section because posting mentions LPL Total Rewards package: 401K matching, health benefits, employee stock options, paid time off, volunteer time off, and more. That's specific. We need to include Pay section: Pay Range: $80,752.00 - $134,518.00 plus note about actual base salary varies. We need to include About the role: Job Overview paragraph plus maybe Company Overview? But Company Overview is more about the firm, not the role. Could still be included under About the role as context. But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can include Company Overview as part of About the role (makes sense). However we must not invent or summarize away detail; we can keep the Company Overview paragraph as is. We need to strip boilerplate: "Join the LPL team and help us make a difference by turning life’s aspirations into financial realities." That's maybe part of Company Overview but could be considered promotional; still substantive? It's not boilerplate; it's part of the company overview. We'll keep. We need to remove application instructions: "Please log in or create an account to apply to this position." Also "Principals only. EOE." etc. Also "Information on Interviews:" etc. Also "EAC 5.19.26" maybe internal code; remove. Also remove duplicated lines: there is duplicate "For further information about LPL, please visit www.lpl.com." appears twice; we should keep only one instance. Now construct HTML. We'll have:

This role supports the development and implementation of technology and business process solutions that enhance advisor experiences and operational effectiveness. Simply put, we take care of our advisors and institutions, so they can take care of their clients.

But we need to avoid repeating "For further information about LPL, please visit www.lpl.com." twice; we have only one. Now Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Author business requirement documentation to support product development and implementation initiatives.
  • Coordinate activities across business and technology teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Support testing, experimentation, user acceptance, and readiness activities.
  • Maintain and oversee data used to support product, program, and project initiatives.

  • Analyze survey results and project performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain data and records within applicable tools and systems.
  • Support product and service launches through coordination of resources, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Assist with event, technology, client, and operational activities as assigned.
Now Qualifications? The "What Are We Looking For?" paragraph: "We are seeking a professional who is motivated to pursue greatness, act with integrity, and remain driven to help our clients succeed through effective collaboration, analytical thinking, and disciplined execution. The ideal candidate contributes positively across cross-functional teams, helps win together by supporting shared objectives, and works to create and share joy through a commitment to service, continuous improvement, and operational excellence." That's more like Qualifications/Skills. We could put under Qualifications heading.

Qualifications

We are seeking a professional who is motivated to pursue greatness, act with integrity, and remain driven to help our clients succeed through effective collaboration, analytical thinking, and disciplined execution. The ideal candidate contributes positively across cross-functional teams, helps win together by supporting shared objectives, and works to create and share joy through a commitment to service, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Now Requirements: list.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting call center or service-related products.
  • Experience working within product development, project management, or business process initiatives.
  • Experience documenting business requirements and supporting testing activities.
  • Experience coordinating activities with multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.
Now Skills: Core Competencies list.

Skills

  • Positive, flexible person with the ability to work in a changing environment, identify and manage priorities.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a group and independently.
  • Must be able to take initiative and manage timelines and deadlines.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, process, and organization.
  • Strong sense of personal accountability for work.
  • Ability to prepare presentations.
Now Preferences: could be under Qualifications? But we already used Qualifications for the motivational paragraph. Could add another section "Preferred Qualifications" but not allowed heading. Could fold into Skills or Qualifications. Perhaps we can add a second

Qualifications? But we already used Qualifications. Could rename to "Preferred Qualifications" but not allowed. Maybe we can put Preferences under Skills as additional skills. Or we could create a separate section "Preferences" but not allowed headings. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. It might be okay to use other headings if needed, but better to stick to allowed ones. We could incorporate Preferences into Skills or Qualifications. Since Preferences are about experience with innovation, beta testing, client experience, design thinking, Agile, JIRA, call center environment. Those are skills/experience. So we can add them to Skills list. Thus Skills list will include both Core Competencies and Preferences. Let's combine: Skills: - Positive, flexible person with the ability to work in a changing environment, identify and manage priorities. - Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a group and independently. - Must be able to take initiative and manage timelines and deadlines. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Strong attention to detail, process, and organization. - Strong sense of personal accountability for work. - Ability to prepare presentations. - Experience in capturing and reporting program and project results. - Experience with innovation, beta testing, client experience, or design thinking. - Experience working with Agile methodologies and processes. - Experience with JIRA. - Experience working in a call center environment. Now Benefits: LPL Total Rewards package: 401K matching, health benefits, employee stock options, paid time off, volunteer time off, and more. We'll create Benefits section.

Benefits

  • 401K matching
  • Health benefits
  • Employee stock options
  • Paid time off
  • Volunteer time off
Maybe also mention "and more" but we can keep as is. Pay section:

Pay

Pay Range: $80,752.00 - $134,518.00. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.

We should not include the sentence about LPL Total Rewards package again; we already covered benefits. Now we need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, interview info, etc. Also removed duplicate "For further information about LPL, please visit www.lpl.com." We kept one. Check for any leftover boilerplate: "Principals only. EOE." removed. "Information on Interviews:" removed. "EAC 5.19.26"
