Sr. Product Operations Manager, Falcon Complete (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to enhance systems and achieve customization for business needs
• Improve Falcon Complete's operations through product feature integrations
• Conduct technical analysis of new product features for FC integration
• Lead strategic initiatives prioritizing product and operational requests
• Collaborate with engineering to align FC capabilities with customer needs
• Drive changes based on customer feedback to improve product offerings
• Lead projects on technological integrations and process enhancements
• Define metrics to assess operational success and integration effectiveness
• Create comprehensive technical and process documentation
• Develop integration roadmaps and ensure seamless collaboration with engineering teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Operations or Product Management
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficient in analyzing business requirements and technical solutions
• Deep knowledge of the company’s product offerings
• Leadership experience in risk mitigation and issue resolution
• Basic political acumen and motivational abilities
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with Agile methodology and project management
• Proficient in data analysis and metrics definition
• Experience utilizing AI technologies for business optimization

Pay

$125,000 – $180,000 annually
