This role sits on the Tech and GenAI Marketing team which partners directly with Engineering, Science, Product, and Creative teams on co-developing roadmaps for personalization and recommendation models.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Science to co-develop the roadmap for personalized recommendation models.
• Influence Tech partners on new AI-powered tools to keep a customer-first approach central.
• Own the experimentation roadmap to test new AI-powered recommendation models, run experiments, and develop feedback loops with Marketers to improve AI capabilities.
