Sr. Product Marketing Manager - GTM, Creators
About the role
The Creator Marketing team strategically and creatively attracts and retains a diverse population of quality Creators (influencers & publishers) at scale. This role will lead go-to-market strategies for Creator-facing products and features, focusing on international partnerships and executing central team marketing strategies. You will bring new product offerings, tools, and innovations to market, drive adoption, and track KPIs. Additionally, you will build co-marketing opportunities for integrations with social media app partners and develop activations to showcase new tools and features. As the central team lead, you will collaborate with international marketing partners to retain active creators, share best practices, and ensure key launches are executed across locales. This position partners with stakeholders in product, analytics, engineering, business development, and cross-org teams to deliver best-in-class marketing experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive Creator-facing marketing strategies to market products and features.
- Spearhead Creator marketing initiatives for tech integrations with social media app partners, driving adoption and content generation.
- Partner with product and tech teams to drive customer-centric product improvements and influence new feature introductions.
- Lead the development and execution of the feature launch keynote presentation at the annual Creator Summit event.
- Develop and lead senior-level go-to-market (GTM) document reviews.
- Contribute to senior leader-level documents, including quarterly business reviews and annual planning materials.
- Serve as the international teams' marketing partner, providing updates on international business performance to central leadership.
- Support scaling go-to-market initiatives internationally, collaborating with product, marketing, and tech partners.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Proficiency with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
- Experience leading go-to-market strategies for consumer software or hardware product launches.
- Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for data analysis.
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
- Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.
- Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.
Pay
USA, NY, New York: $157,100.00 - $212,600.00 USD annually
USA, WA, Seattle: $142,800.00 - $193,200.00 USD annually
