Responsibilities
- Craft and implement strategies to enhance the company’s Cash account positioning
- Collaborate with Product team to create a customer-focused product roadmap
- Develop positioning and distribution strategies for products
- Create experiments to effectively reach target audiences
- Design and refine experiments to effectively reach target audiences
- Create insightful briefs for creative teams based on customer and business data
- Lead performance recap meetings with executive leadership
- Contribute to building a culture of excellence within the marketing team
Qualifications
- 6+ years in consumer or growth product marketing, preferably within technology or startups
- Strong storytelling skills with excellent communication, presentation, and writing abilities
- Strategic thinker with a balance of creativity and marketing effectiveness
- Ability to create structure from ambiguity and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Data-oriented mindset with experience in messaging tests and A/B testing
- Leadership style emphasizes humility, accountability, and a focus on team success
- Knowledge of personal finance is advantageous, but not essential
