Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to join a category-defining company and play a pivotal role in bringing our AI-native APA platform and Agentic AI solutions for IT to market. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of innovation and impact—owning go-to-market strategy, shaping differentiated messaging, and turning complex technology into compelling stories that resonate with both practitioners and executives. You’ll partner closely across Product, Sales, and Marketing to launch high-impact initiatives, enable a global sales force, and drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
Who You’ll Report To
This position will report to the VP, Product Marketing. Location: Hybrid role with regular onsite workdays in our San Jose, CA office strongly preferred. Other U.S. locations may be considered.
You Will Make An Impact
- Responsible for shaping go-to-market strategy for Automation Anywhere’s AI-native APA platform and Agentic AI solutions for IT (AI for ITSM, AIOps and Service Desk)
- Defining clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that makes complex technology simple, human, and compelling
- Translating technical capabilities and insights into cohesive narratives that resonate with both practitioners and executive audiences
- Staying ahead of the competitive landscape by continuously analyzing market, customer, and competitor signals to inform strategy and storytelling
- Prioritizing cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing to bring launches, campaigns, and initiatives to life
- Developing high-impact content, including sales narratives, presentations, demos, customer stories, and digital assets that drives buyer action
- Enabling sales teams with the tools, messaging, and proof points they need to win—developing playbooks, sales assets, and competitive battlecards that help a global sales force outperform the competition
- Leading high-impact product launches that reinforce our position as a category leader
- Partnering with Demand Generation to build programmatic campaigns that drive measurable conversion and revenue, not just awareness
- Reviewing campaign and pipeline performance to optimize GTM strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of product marketing experience in a high-growth environment
- A deep understanding of IT Service Desk, ITSM and AIOps market is a plus
- A proven ability to take "under-the-hood" technology and turn it into a simple, emotional, and urgent business story
- A track record of owning end-to-end GTM initiatives that activate every corner of the business—from engineering and sales to product management and the executive board
- A high-ownership, high-energy mindset. You thrive in fast-paced environments where collaboration is the default and velocity is the goal

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $160,000 – $180,000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.
