Are you empathetic to client needs and inspired by transformation and impacting the lives of millions of people every day? Have you taken products from concept to commercialization using the latest technology and achieved market success? Are you looking to join a dynamic, inclusive team environment with a culture of collaboration and belonging? This role is hybrid onsite 3 days a week in our Pasadena, CA or San Dimas, CA office and is not eligible for remote.

About the role

In this role, you will work alongside a team of friendly, passionate, and creative product managers and developers to bring our products to market. The ideal candidate will bring deep product management experience in payments, workflow redesign, digital experience transformation, and ecosystem integrations. You will drive product strategy focused on improving associate and client experiences across payments-related workflows, while collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, operations, risk, design, and external partners.

This role centers on reimagining user journeys, reducing friction, and delivering seamless experiences across internal tools, client-facing capabilities, and partner integrations. Experience with AI-enabled capabilities, including AI agents and intelligent automation, is important, but it is one part of a broader product portfolio rather than the primary focus of the role.

We're looking for someone who excels when no two days are the same. Integrity, resilience, and pushing the boundaries are must-haves in this job. You stay close to market trends, anticipate our customers' next questions, and bring new ideas into the mix. You love evangelizing your product and communicate with confidence. Still, you also have the experience to take your product into the marketplace and position it competitively for maximum financial impact.
