Responsibilities

  • Chart and execute a course for delivering personalized shopping experience on both Amazon Search and Product pages
  • Obsess over your customers and work backwards to define tenets, customer experiences, long-term goals, focus areas and key success metrics
  • Develop and present working backwards documents and product plans (PRFAQs)
  • Drive intake, planning, and prioritization of feature and enhancement requests in close partnership with engineering, science, and product partners across Amazon
  • Influence senior leaders across Amazon by proactively communicating your vision, reporting plans and progress, and aligning with Amazon's core leadership principles

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
