Sr. Product Manager – Technical, Devices Data Services
Devices Data Services (DDS) leverages data, science, and AI to drive decision-making across the Devices organization. This role answers the critical question every marketing leader asks: did our marketing actually work, and by how much? We are hiring a Senior Product Manager – Technical to own Devices marketing measurement — the attribution and incrementality systems that determine, campaign by campaign, what moved the business.
About the role
This is a high-visibility individual-contributor role with an unusually large audience. The work is followed closely by senior leadership, and the outputs shape how the org invests its marketing effort. You will own our shift to a modern multi-touch attribution model, our incrementality estimates, and the coordination with the central science and forecasting org on their marketing-mix models. You will bring measurement rigor to a far finer level of detail than exists today — connecting individual campaign actions to incremental sales — and you will own the requirements for the reporting and dashboards that put those insights in front of decision-makers. If you want to define how a large consumer business understands the true impact of its marketing, this is that seat.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for Devices marketing measurement, spanning attribution, incrementality, campaign insights, and the reporting that makes them actionable.
- Own multi-touch attribution approach as the standard for weekly, monthly, and business-review reporting across our org.
- PM the incrementality estimates that quantify the true, causal impact of marketing, and drive their adoption across partner teams.
- Coordinate with the central science and forecasting org on their marketing-mix models — aligning methodology, sharing inputs, and consuming their outputs to sharpen our measurement.
- Bring measurement rigor several levels deeper in the fine-grain campaign workstream: connect individual campaign actions (creative, channel, segment, placement) to incremental unit outcomes, at a granularity we cannot reach today.
- Partner with the on-site marketing and merchandising org to measure the effectiveness of homepage, on-site search, widgets, deals, and storefront campaigns.
- Own the requirements for the business-intelligence team's deliverables — dashboards, reporting updates, and data-quality improvements — translating measurement needs into clear specifications.
- Write the strategic narratives that align senior leaders, define measurement standards, and drive crisp prioritization across competing requests.
- Represent measurement in planning, business reviews, and cross-team forums, influencing priorities beyond your own scope.
About the team
Most days blend deep data thinking with hands-on cross-functional leadership. You might start by reviewing attribution results before a business review, pressure-testing whether the numbers tell a coherent story, then move to a working session with the central forecasting org on aligning marketing-mix methodology. In the afternoon you might scope a fine-grain campaign measurement with the marketing org, then write requirements for a new dashboard our BIEs will build. Problems arrive under-defined; you use judgment and data to set the right goals, hold the bar on rigor, and keep the work moving.
