You will own how businesses create, curate, test, and optimize the content that powers their campaigns across channels, and how those campaigns connect into inbound service to create seamless, personalized customer journeys.
Responsibilities

- Own the content that powers Outbound Campaigns, from creation, curation, and template management to AI-assisted content generation, approval workflows, and governance at scale.
- Define how businesses optimize their engagement, including multi-variant testing, measuring what drives conversion and retention, and closing the loop so campaigns improve with every interaction.
- Shape how Outbound Campaigns integrates with the broader Connect Customer experience, connecting outbound outreach to inbound service so customers experience one continuous journey across channels.
- Partner with go-to-market teams to develop positioning that accelerates adoption, builds and nurtures the sales pipeline, and drives feature adoption across customer organizations.
- Work backwards from customers to identify and prioritize the right problems, then partner with engineering, design, and science to deliver.
- Understand the regulatory and consent requirements that govern customer engagement (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and regional messaging and data-privacy regulations) and build products that make compliant engagement easy for customers.
A day in the life
- Work directly with all levels and types of customers, from CxO to individual contributors and engineers to business people, to solve their most complicated problems through software.
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment working towards common goals.
- Embrace new and ambiguous challenges as a passionate learner.
- Lead and partner with a variety of stakeholders to identify and prioritize the right problems to solve and solutions to develop.
- Excel in a fast-paced environment.
