If so, the Amazon Finance Technology (FinTech) team is for you!

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale product initiatives from vision through delivery.
  • Define long-term strategy for the intercompany program, identify gaps and opportunities, and build solutions that address complex business, financial, and regulatory needs.

  • Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality scalable solutions.
  • Build direct relationships with Accounting, Tax, and Treasury stakeholders to deeply understand customer pain points, validate solutions, and ensure products deliver measurable value.
  • Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders at all levels — managing upward and downward communications with clarity and precision.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics; monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement using data and customer insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end to end product delivery.
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
  • Experience managing technical products or online services.
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Qualifications

  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
  • Experience with financial systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, or intercompany and transfer pricing concepts.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Experience defining and tracking product key performance indicators (KPIs) or objectives and key results (OKRs).
