If so, the Amazon Finance Technology (FinTech) team is for you!

Key job responsibilities

  • Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality scalable solutions
  • Build direct relationships with Accounting, Tax, and Treasury stakeholders to deeply understand customer pain points, validate solutions, and ensure products deliver measurable value
  • Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders at all levels — managing upward and downward communications with clarity and precision
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics; monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement using data and customer insights
