Sr. Product Manager - Tech, Alexa Built-In Experiences

Responsibilities

• Owning the expansion of Alexa built-in (ABI) segments and Alexa+ features for ABI endpoints
• Make product tradeoffs on scope, sequencing, and rollout strategy based on customer impact and partner maturity
• Translate Alexa roadmap features into OEM-ready product requirements, factoring in firmware constraints, UX differences, and partner capabilities
• Work closely with engineering to shape release architecture, dependencies, and backward compatibility for OEM devices
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Certification, BD/Partner Management, and Ops teams to ensure aligned execution
• Define and track release quality metrics (defects, launch escapes, partner readiness signals)
• Drive post-launch retrospectives, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement across partner release processes
• Redefine 3P TV apps and mobile endpoints CX, working with Mobile, Prime Video, FTV and other teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
