About the role

Alexa+ is our next-generation assistant powered by generative AI. Alexa+ is more conversational, smarter, personalized, and gets things done. Our goal is to make Alexa+ an instantly familiar personal assistant that is always ready to help or entertain on any device. You will join the 3P Experiences within Alexa Domains team, dedicated to rapidly expanding the wealth of information, products, and services available on Alexa+ through third-party partners and integrations.

As a Sr. Product Manager - Tech, you will drive the product roadmap and feature strategy for building conversational experiences leveraging spoken language technologies and machine learning. You will work with teams across Alexa, Amazon, and external partners to deliver highly engaging Alexa experiences and features that customers love using in their daily lives.

You will have the opportunity to work on top technology using Generative AI, influencing AI interactions for 600+ million Alexa devices worldwide and impacting daily conversations in millions of households.

Responsibilities

  • Author business requirements documents and define feature specifications.
  • Contribute to the roadmap for tools, documentation, and developer support.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams of engineers and designers to deliver on your product vision.
  • Work with teams across Alexa, Amazon, and external partners to deliver highly engaging Alexa experiences.
  • Drive product roadmap and feature strategy for conversational experiences using spoken language technologies and machine learning.
  • Represent and advocate for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
  • Experience managing technical products or online services.
  • Strong technical background with solid analytic thinking and communication skills.
  • Experience defining and shipping products that enable developers to bring their ideas to life (preferred).
  • Passion for developers and familiarity with platform strategies.
  • Background in software development and product management, ideally with exposure to software platforms and ecosystems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing competing priorities and using metrics to drive business decisions.
  • Experience using AI tools to augment product management and partner strategy work, including competitive analysis, deep research in partner and third-party landscapes, and user segment analysis to define strategy and roadmap.

Pay

USA, WA, Bellevue - $151,200.00 - $204,600.00 USD annually.
