About the role

Sub Same Day is looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience. Your focus will be owning and executing strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects for the Same Day Operations Integrations team. This role requires robust understanding of under-the-roof fulfillment operations including inventory flows, constrained fulfillment center assets (capacity and labor) and fulfillment technologies. You will play a critical role in scoping large projects, communicating to senior leadership on status, risks and process/product changes. Cross-functional team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Define a strategic framework for under-the-roof operations, including "working backwards" documents on products and features
  • Think creatively about how technology can enable a better cost structure, lower overhead, and better engagement
  • Gather and analyze data across business functions to establish global standards for supply chain and product fulfillment
  • Manage cross-functional project teams, planning and organizing, and executing projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processes
  • Innovate to improve customer experience and continuously remove cost from our fulfillment network

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Master's degree or equivalent

Pay

  • USA, NY, New York: $152,200.00 - $206,000.00 USD annually
  • USA, TN, Nashville: $124,500.00 - $168,500.00 USD annually
  • USA, WA, Bellevue: $136,000.00 - $184,100.00 USD annually
