Sr Product Manager, SSD OI Tech

About the role

Description Sub Same Day is seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong track record in delivery and proven project management experience. The role involves owning and executing strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects for the Same Day Operations Integrations team. Essential responsibilities include defining a strategic framework for under-the-roof operations, managing cross-functional project teams, and innovating to improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Define a strategic framework for under-the-roof operations, including “working backwards” documents on products and features
• Think creatively about how technology can enable a better cost structure, lower overhead, and better engagement
• Gather and analyze data across business functions to establish global standards for supply chain and product fulfillment
• Manage cross-functional project teams, planning and organizing, and executing projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processes
• Innovate to improve customer experience and continuously remove cost from our fulfillment network

Requirements

• Show attention to detail with a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Think strategically and execute methodically
• Work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
• Clearly communicate data insights to others

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience as a product manager or owner
• Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
