Sr. Product Manager (Remote)

About the role
You will lead the development and execution of the commercialization strategy for the next generation Endovascular Aortic Arch Repair (EAAR) stent graft portfolio. This role involves leading upstream voice of customer (VOC) activities and engaging with external vascular surgeon customers to translate market needs into product opportunities. You will ensure new product concepts are market-driven and commercially viable, and manage the introduction of new products through launch.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and assume a leadership role within the Endo Aortic Arch and Bridging Stent cross-functional core teams, providing product marketing support to meet key project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and execute voice of customer and market research initiatives to inform product pipeline and drive commercial requirements (customer, product, business needs).
- Interface regularly with customers and regional partners through travel, congresses, and symposia to better understand and deliver on customer needs.
- Partner closely with key opinion leaders to anticipate future market environment changes, trends, competitive landscape, and drive future needs.
- Support trial site selection, training, and engagement throughout clinical trials.
- Develop and manage KOL cardiac and vascular surgeon relationships for the product portfolio.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership in developing a commercialization plan and integrated marketing plan for the Endovascular Aortic Arch portfolio.
- Develop training and marketing materials to prepare for commercial launch.
- Manage a marketing budget quarterly and execute as defined in the marketing plan.
- Demonstrate project management expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, life-sciences, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in the medical industry.
- Previous product management experience in the vascular or cardiac surgery space preferred.
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to quickly understand new products and disease states.
- Proven ability to conduct opportunity assessments, market sizing, and roadmap development.
- Strong experience in VOC research and competitive analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, including planning and executing market research initiatives and synthesizing market and customer insights.
- Understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience working with cross-functional business partners.
- Good organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Highly collaborative with a track record of achieving challenging goals and objectives.
