About the role

The Product Manager Senior is responsible for developing the Product Roadmap and backlog, Epic/Feature definition, prioritization, and sequencing for all Run, Maintain, and Grow initiatives related to a product. They must understand progress against Value Stream, Objectives and Key Results, and target vs. actual investment levels. This role manages multiple teams of Product Owners responsible for driving the delivery of solutions within their product line.

Responsibilities

  • Coach, develop, and mentor team members while establishing goals and performance expectations.
  • Lead by example and instill a culture of continuous improvement and value delivery across teams.
  • Report on progress against Value Stream, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and target vs. actual investment levels.
  • Set and own the Product Vision and align stakeholders to Run, Maintain, and Grow initiatives.
  • Own, define, and maintain Product Roadmaps and Product Backlogs.
  • Propose and verify timelines and establish priorities for Product Roadmap implementation.
  • Define Epics and Features, mapping them and identifying cross-impacts.
  • Drive MMP/MVP/Increment definition and coordinate User Acceptance Testing for Feature delivery.
  • Organize and plan Feature Definition sessions or workshops.
  • Use tools to create and maintain Epics, Features, and approvals, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Ensure teams understand business needs and provide context to Product Owners as needed.
  • Facilitate sharing of best practices, challenges, and innovative thinking across teams.
  • Ensure all data for areas of responsibility is complete and accurately captured in delivery tools.
  • Coach and mentor peers, Product Owners, and Product Managers.
  • May perform Product Owner roles as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Product Development, Product Owner, or Product Manager role.
  • Minimum 3 years’ management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PSPO III or CSP-PO and PAL1 or CAL1 certifications.
  • Strong experience with retail or business financial services.
  • Experience building high-performing teams.
  • Strong experience with user-centered design and usability.

Schedule

This is an exempt, full-time office-based role. Certain positions may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement combining in-office and remote work, with opportunities to gather in offices for key moments.

Pay

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including location, experience, and education. Eligible colleagues may also participate in an incentive compensation plan.
