About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead and grow the largest segment of our portable printing portfolio. • Portfolio & P&L Ownership: Oversee multi‑generational product line, maintain strict P&L accountability, and drive growth through legacy migrations and strategic upgrades.
  • Market Strategy & Research: Uncover critical customer pain points, quantify market size (TAM/SAM), analyze competitive dynamics, and navigate regional regulatory standards.
  • Strategic Roadmapping: Define the 3–5 year vision, drive front‑end discovery, and make the tough calls on buy vs. build vs. partner opportunities.
  • Product Development: Author precise market requirement documents (MRDs) using detailed personas, workflows, and real‑world use cases to guide engineering and validate designs.
  • Business Planning & Pricing: Build robust CapEx business cases, establish global value‑based pricing structures, and track overarching business KPIs.
  • Go‑to‑Market Execution: Develop launch playbooks, craft the core value proposition, and arm the commercial teams with high‑impact tools for field sales.
  • Operations & Demand Planning: Partner with supply chain teams to build master demand forecasts, mitigate component obsolescence, and manage dual‑sourcing strategies.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership: Maintain executive alignment and drive clear, decisive communication across global leadership, regional business units, and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience analyzing user behavior to uncover core needs and drive user experience improvements.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams toward a shared goal without direct reporting authority.
  • Experience synthesizing complex information, managing trade‑offs, and defending product scope.
  • Hands‑on approach, taking calculated risks and adapting quickly from failures.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% (domestic and international).
