Sr Product Manager, PLM and Supply Chain Planning
About the role
Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to own two critical technology domains: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Supply Chain Planning. This dual-role position is designed for a seasoned technology product leader who combines deep functional knowledge of product development and sourcing processes with strong expertise in supply chain planning — including S&OP, production capacity planning, and raw materials planning.
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the roadmap for both Centric PLM and Supply Chain Planning capabilities based on clear business value and ROI
- Translate S&OP and S&OE business requirements, as well as PLM and sourcing needs, into a unified and prioritized capability roadmap
- Secure funding and executive alignment for major initiatives and enhancements across both domains
- Track and report ROI on all technology investments and enhancements
- Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions and guide selection of planning tools or custom solutions appropriate to business maturity
- Make informed trade-off decisions across scope, timing, and effort
- Create technology strategy and product roadmap
- Drive business value through system adoption & optimization
- Identify areas of low adoption or inefficient use across both PLM and Planning and implement targeted improvements
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enhancements across PLM and Planning — from requirements through deployment
- Partner closely with product development, sourcing, MP&A, production, technical, materials, color, and vendor teams
- Design & Deliver Incremental Capabilities
- Work with MP&A, Demand Planning, Production, RM, Product Development, and Sourcing teams to gather and document requirements
- Configure replenishment recommendations using multiple strategies by product segment (e.g., min/max, time-phased, reorder point)
- Leverage Snowflake as the central data platform integrating PLM master data, Salesforce BOM/costing data, and MP&A demand plans
- Ensure planning functionality supports both S&OP (monthly) and S&OE (near-term execution) cross-functional planning cycles
- Write detailed functional requirements and collaborate with developers on technical design
- Own backlog prioritization and sequencing decisions for both domains
- Own PLM and Planning data structure, governance, and integration with related tools (including Snowflake and Salesforce costing)
- Define and maintain the master data standards required for planning: lead times, safety stock levels, minimum order quantities, BOM structures, and capacity parameters
- Develop and monitor data quality metrics and scorecards; lead resolution of data issues
- Enable non-PLM and non-planning teams to leverage data for better decision-making and reporting
- Develop and maintain views, dashboards, and reports in PLM and corporate reporting tools (scorecards, self-service reporting)
- Define planning dashboards and scorecards to track performance (e.g., forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, RM shortage rates)
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in product management, systems ownership, or supply chain planning roles — ideally spanning both PLM/product development systems and supply chain planning
- Hands-on experience administering or managing Centric PLM or a comparable enterprise PLM platform
- Direct experience with supply chain planning processes including S&OP and S&OE; must have used planning tools or built planning logic and understands the underlying mechanics
- Deep understanding of planning fundamentals: time series demand planning, lead times, BOM explosions, MRP logic, inventory management, open order netting, reserved capacity, and replenishment strategies
- Experience with planning master data: understanding of the parameters required to run MRP/capacity planning (lead times, MOQs, safety stock, BOM structures, yield factors, etc.)
- Demonstrated success owning and improving cross-functional enterprise tools including roadmap planning, requirements gathering, testing, training, and adoption
- Strong experience with data governance and working with large, complex datasets; experience with Snowflake or similar data platforms is a strong plus
- Proven ability to drive user adoption, training, and process optimization across global, cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to quantify value and business impact
- Strong project management and prioritization skills; ability to manage competing demands across two functional domains
- Skilled in creating business cases and tracking against KPIs and ROI targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable interfacing with executive, business, and technical stakeholders
- Ability to work pragmatically and incrementally — designing solutions appropriate to current business maturity while building toward a longer-term vision
