About the role

At H1, we believe access to the best healthcare information is a basic human right. Our mission is to provide a platform that can optimally inform every doctor interaction globally, promoting health equity and building needed trust in healthcare systems. We harness the power of data and AI-technology to unlock groundbreaking medical insights and convert those insights into action that results in optimal patient outcomes and accelerates an equitable and inclusive drug development lifecycle.

H1 is building the "LinkedIn of medicine" — a two-sided provider network where healthcare professionals and research sites claim their profiles, share their expertise, and connect with sponsors, life science companies, and patients. We've shipped the first chapter: Site Network (trials.h1.co) and public doctor profiles (profiles.h1.co). As the Senior Product Manager, you will own the activation, growth, and product evolution of this network.

Responsibilities

  • Own outreach and activation — Build and scale a repeatable motion to engage HCPs and research sites, educate them on the value of claiming their profile, and convert them into fully onboarded platform participants.
  • Close the feedback loop between providers and product — Synthesize friction points, workflow nuances, and adoption blockers from provider interactions into actionable product requirements that materially improve sign-up velocity and conversion.
  • Manage the product roadmap — Partner with design and engineering to define and ship the roadmap for Claim a Profile and Site Network, prioritizing features that grow both sides of the marketplace.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the ecosystem — Shape roadmap priorities, influence GTM strategy, and ensure the platform evolves in alignment with real-world clinician and site coordinator workflows.
  • Partner cross-functionally — Unlock growth levers via HCP landing page optimization and data completeness initiatives in close partnership with Marketing, Legal, CS, and Commercial.
  • Drive long-term value creation — Identify new revenue models and expansion paths as the provider network scales, partnering with product and business leadership to build monetization into the platform's foundation.
  • Track, report, and iterate on activation metrics — Synthesize insights from provider calls, UX feedback, and platform data into clear metrics and prioritization decisions that demonstrate network health and inform leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare, life sciences, or B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated experience owning a product with marketplace or network dynamics.
  • Track record of translating user research and operational feedback into shipped, measurable product.
  • Strong cross-functional influence — able to align engineering, design, legal, marketing, and commercial teams around shared outcomes.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data (HCP records, NPI, clinical trial infrastructure) is a strong plus.
  • Experience with go-to-market strategy for early-stage or net-new products preferred.
  • Clinical trial ecosystem experience is a plus.

About You

You have a strong point of view on what good looks like in a marketplace or network-effects product, and you know how to build both sides simultaneously. You're comfortable in ambiguity — you build structure where none exists and move fast without a fully defined playbook. You lead with empathy for the end user (HCPs, site coordinators, clinical staff) and hold high standards for product quality and execution rigor. You're equally energized by hands-on activation work and longer-horizon product strategy, and you don't wait to be told which one needs attention. You communicate with clarity and conviction — with engineers, with commercial teams, and with executives.

Pay

This role pays $130,000 to $160,000 per year, based on experience, plus variable commission and equity.

Benefits

  • Full suite of health insurance options, in addition to generous paid time off.
  • Pre-planned company-wide wellness holidays.
  • Retirement options.
  • Health & charitable donation stipends.
  • Impactful Business Resource Groups.
  • Flexible work hours & the opportunity to work from anywhere.
  • The opportunity to work with leading biotech and life sciences companies in an innovative industry with a mission to improve healthcare around the globe.
