Sr Product Manager - Healthcare AI

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Product Manager - Healthcare AI to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will shape product strategy for AI-enabled healthcare capabilities, with a strong focus on data-driven recommendations and responsible use of emerging technologies. You will partner closely with Data Science, ML Engineering, Data Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to turn strategic goals into prioritized roadmaps and measurable outcomes. The position requires a balanced mix of product leadership, experimentation, and cross-functional execution in a regulated healthcare environment. Success in this role will depend on your ability to align teams, communicate clearly with leadership, and improve the quality and impact of intelligent product experiences.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

$119,300 – $198,800 annually

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy for next best action based on data and research
• Define priorities for the recommendation engine and translate business goals into actionable roadmaps
• Collaborate with Data Science and ML Engineering to inform model development
• Develop experimentation strategy, including A/B tests, to enhance recommendation quality
• Ensure high-quality data integration and access with Data Engineering
• Advocate for responsible AI practices in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Align stakeholders across the organization to advance product initiatives
• Communicate roadmap priorities and progress to leadership

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in product management or related roles
• Experience in healthcare product management or technical product development methods, such as Agile
• Fluency in data, AI, and machine learning concepts within a healthcare setting
• Experience with A/B testing and quantitative measurement to inform product decisions
• Proficiency in working within cross-functional teams involving Engineering, Data Science, and UX
