Sr. Product Manager, DSP Global Offer
About the role
The Global Delivery Service Partner (DSP) organization is seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead a strategic initiative reshaping our global last mile delivery operations. In this role, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for expanding DSP deliveries to Hub Delivery Partners.
Responsibilities
- Identify the strategy for expanding DSP deliveries to Hub Delivery Partners globally, including developing the pricing strategy, understanding the DSP experience, and developing the integration roadmap.
- Leverage strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills to lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, for innovative last mile delivery solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with tech, program, operations, and other teams to bring new products and features to life.
- Communicate product strategies and recommendations effectively to senior leadership, driving critical business decisions in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
Qualifications
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- MBA
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience with financial and statistical modeling
Skills
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High level of business judgement

Pay
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
Schedule
Domestic and international travel will be required 10-20% of the time.
