Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technology, business, or related discipline required
• Minimum 7 years of product management, product development, product operations, or equivalent experience
• Experience working with checking, savings, money market and CD deposit products from a growth and execution perspective

Benefits

At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Compensation includes a pay range of $156,200.00-$190,800.00 annually, with a full range of $121,200.00 - $225,800.00 annually. Additional benefits include:

Schedule

This role offers flexibility, with the option to work remotely or in-person at BECU’s Tukwila Headquarters (TFC) on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, depending on location.
